プライバシーポリシー
株式会社HN Lab（以下「当社」）は、前世診断サービス「WHO WAS I?」（https://whowasi.net、以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本サービスで取得しない情報
本サービスは会員登録や氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの入力を求めません。診断は無料で、利用者を個人として識別する情報を当社が取得・保存することはありません。
2. 診断の回答と誕生日の取り扱い
- 診断の回答と、任意で入力する誕生日（月と日のみ。生まれ年は扱いません）は、利用者の端末のブラウザ内だけで結果の計算に使います。
- これらの内容を当社のサーバーやアクセス解析・広告サービスに送信することはなく、端末にも保存しません。ページを閉じると消えます。
- 結果のURL（例：https://whowasi.net/#r=PL-016-03）には、表示する人物と物語の番号だけが含まれ、回答や誕生日は含まれません。
3. 端末に保存する情報
表示言語（日本語・英語）の選択を、次回の表示のために利用者のブラウザ（localStorage）に保存します。ブラウザの設定から削除できます。
4. アクセス解析（Google アナリティクス）
本サービスは、利用状況の把握とサービス改善のため、Google タグマネージャーを通じて Google LLC の Google アナリティクス 4 を利用しています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie 等を使い、次のような情報を収集します。これらは個人を特定するものではありません。
- 閲覧したページ、滞在時間、スクロールや外部リンクのクリックなどの操作
- 端末・ブラウザの種類、画面サイズ、言語設定、おおよその地域、参照元
- 本サービス独自の操作記録：診断の開始、何問目の質問を表示したか、診断結果として表示した人物と物語の番号、シェア操作の種類
回答の内容と誕生日は送信しません。収集されたデータは Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。詳しくは「Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」をご覧ください。Google アナリティクスによる収集は、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンやブラウザの Cookie 設定で停止できます。
5. 広告（Google AdSense）
本サービスは、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google AdSense」を利用し、広告を掲載する場合があります。
- Google などの第三者配信事業者は、Cookie を使用して、利用者が本サービスや他のウェブサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて広告を配信します。
- Google は広告 Cookie を使用することにより、利用者が本サービスや他のサイトにアクセスした際の情報に基づいて、Google やそのパートナーが適切な広告を表示できるようにしています。
- 利用者は Google のマイ アドセンター（広告設定）でパーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。また、www.aboutads.info で第三者配信事業者の Cookie を無効にできます。
広告である旨は表示箇所で明示し、診断の操作や結果のシェアを妨げる位置には掲載しない方針です。
6. 利用目的
- 本サービスの提供、表示の最適化、不具合の調査
- 利用状況の分析によるサービスの改善（診断の内容や人物の追加など）
- 広告の配信と効果の把握
7. 第三者への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本サービスで取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。なお、第4項・第5項のとおり、Google のサービスを利用する範囲で Google がデータを取り扱います。
8. 本サービスの性質について
本サービスは歴史をモチーフにした創作エンターテインメントです。実際の前世を特定するものではなく、登場人物とその人生は架空のものです。肖像画は歴史に着想を得た創作表現であり、実在の人物を描いたものではありません。
9. 改定
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy
This policy describes how 株式会社HN Lab (HN Lab, "we") handles information in "WHO WAS I?" (https://whowasi.net, the "Service"). If there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we do not collect
The Service requires no account and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or address. We do not collect or store information that identifies you personally.
2. Your answers and birthday
- Your quiz answers and the optional birthday (month and day only — never the year) are used only inside your browser to calculate your result.
- They are never sent to our servers or to analytics or advertising services, and are not stored on your device. They disappear when you close the page.
- Result links (e.g. https://whowasi.net/#r=PL-016-03) contain only the character and story number — never your answers or birthday.
3. Information stored on your device
Your display language (Japanese or English) is saved in your browser's localStorage so it is remembered next time. You can delete it in your browser settings.
4. Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC, through Google Tag Manager, to understand usage and improve the Service. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, scrolls and outbound link clicks, device and browser type, screen size, language, approximate region and referrer, as well as Service-specific events: quiz start, which question number was shown, which character and story number was shown as a result, and the type of share action. Your answers and birthday are not sent. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
5. Advertising (Google AdSense)
The Service may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and/or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's My Ad Center, and opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. Ads are clearly labeled and are not placed where they would interfere with taking the quiz or sharing results.
6. Purposes
Providing and improving the Service, investigating problems, analyzing usage, and serving and measuring ads.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide information obtained through the Service to third parties except as required by law. Google processes data to the extent described in sections 4 and 5.
8. Nature of the Service
The Service is historical fiction for entertainment. It does not identify any real past life; all characters and their lives are fictional, and portraits are artistic renderings, not depictions of real people.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
